1. Eligibility for Returns
   • Products can only be returned if they are defective or not as described.
   • Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
2. Return Request

   • When contacting us, please provide your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
   • We may ask for photos of the product to verify the problem.
3. Return Address
   • All approved returns must be sent to: Jaafar Darwish Building GF, Msaytbeh, Beirut, Lebanon
4. Condition of Returned Items
   • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
   • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition may not be accepted.
5. Refund or Replacement
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you if your return is approved.
   • If approved, you will receive either a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
